Dr.Muhammed Majeed was born and raised in Kerala, India. He got graduation in pharmacy from Kerala University in 1974. He emigrated to US in 1975 where he worked with leading pharmaceutical research companies, pursuing higher studies simultaneously. He has a broad knowledge of the pharmacological properties of herbal medicines used in Ayurveda. He obtained his doctorate in industrial pharmacy from St.John's University in New York and has an experience of over 15 years in pharmaceutical research with leading companies in the US including Pfizer, Carter Wallace and Paco research.

Mr Vinod Kumar KV has finished his Masters Degree in commerce from Kerala University . He worked earlier in the International Trading Division of JK Industries Ltd, Cochin , assisting the Chief General Manager in all marketing activities.

Sherna Fonseka holds a bachelors degree in English Literature and Diploma in Export and Business Management. She has an experience of 6 years in a public limited company in the Marketing and Export department.
